Metryx ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by DOMO ARIGATO LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Metryx mobile application and website (metryx.fit).

We collect the following types of information when you use Metryx:

• Health and body data: Weight entries, starting weight, goal weight, height, and BMI calculations you log within the app.
• Medication data: GLP-1 medication names, injection dates, and dose amounts you record.
• Progress photos: Photos you choose to attach to weigh-in entries.
• Profile information: Display name, weight unit preference, and injection day setting.
• Usage data: Basic app usage analytics to help us improve the product.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the Metryx app and its features
• Display your personal health dashboard, charts, and progress tracking
• Calculate BMI, projected goal dates, and weekly averages
• Process your subscription through RevenueCat and Google Play / Apple App Store
• Send important service-related communications
• Improve and develop new features for Metryx
• Respond to support requests

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider with industry-standard encryption. We use secure HTTPS connections for all data transmission. Access to your data is restricted to authorized systems only.

Progress photos are stored securely and are only accessible to your account.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share limited data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our app, including:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
• RevenueCat — subscription management and billing
• Google Play / Apple App Store — app distribution and payment processing

These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and are only permitted to use your data to provide services to us.

Health Data Disclaimer

Metryx is a personal tracking tool and is not a medical device. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All health data you enter is used solely to display your personal tracking information back to you. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding your health and medication decisions.

Data Deletion

You may delete your Metryx account and all associated data at any time from within the app by going to Settings → Delete My Account. Upon deletion, all your personal data including weight entries, medication logs, progress photos, and profile information will be permanently removed from our systems.

Children's Privacy

Metryx is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
