How do I start my free trial?

Download Metryx from Google Play, create an account, and your 7-day free trial begins automatically. No credit card is required to start.
What happens after my free trial ends?

After 7 days, you'll be charged $0.99/month through your Google Play account. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled.
How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play. Go to Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Metryx → Cancel. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I log a weight entry?

Tap the Weight tab in the bottom navigation, then tap the + button in the bottom right corner. Enter your weight, optionally add a note or photo, and tap Save.
How do I log a GLP-1 injection?

Tap the Meds tab, then tap the + button. Select your medication, enter the dose amount, and confirm the date. Your injection history and dose progression will appear in the chart.
Which GLP-1 medications does Metryx support?

Metryx supports all major GLP-1 medications including Ozempic (semaglutide), Wegovy, Mounjaro (tirzepatide), Zepbound, Rybelsus, Saxenda, and others. You can also enter a custom medication name.
How do I add a progress photo?

When logging a weight entry, tap the camera icon to attach a photo from your device. Photos are stored securely and only visible to you. You can compare photos side-by-side in the Photos tab.
How do I set my goal weight?

Go to the Settings tab and enter your goal weight in the Goal Weight field. Once set, your dashboard will show your remaining weight to goal and a projected days-to-goal estimate based on your current pace.
My purchases aren't showing up. How do I restore them?

Go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same account you used to subscribe. If the issue persists, please contact us at .
How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete My Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data including weight entries, medication logs, progress photos, and profile information. This action cannot be undone.
Is Metryx a medical app?

No. Metryx is a personal tracking tool and is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult your healthcare provider regarding your health and medication decisions.
